A hello and change of username!

Thought I better introduce myself!

I am one of the personal trainers at fitness.uk.net and I administer this forum - I have been posting as Admin as its the default account, but it looks too formal to see the word Admin posted everywhere so I decided to create an account for myself and use this instead! Most of the people on the forum will know me as our members currently consist mainly of our clients and friends but we hope the site will grow - please email myself or any of the moderators if you have any questions!
