Hi there - I work as a trainer for fitness.uk.net and am pleased to be a new moderator on the site. I have been training for about 7 years and I am a keen fitness trainer. I compete as an amateur kicknoxer - 3 fights in, 2 wins and a draw and play rugby for a local worcestershire side. I am keen to help anyone with any fitness & health questions they may have so please feel free to PM me or post your questions up!
