what are the iron foods? Empty what are the iron foods?

I am having very low heamoglobin and my doctor adviced to eat plenty of iron based foods. So I need some of the recipes to increase my iron. Thanks.

Spinach or any leafy dark green vegetables. Also red meat.

Try these foods:

• Red meat
• Egg yolks
• Dark, leafy greens
• Dried fruit Iron-enriched cereals and grains Turkey or chicken giblets
• Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans

Here are some list of foods which is higher in iron:

-Chicken liver
-Oysters
-Beef
-Pumpkin seeds
-Egg yolk
-Whole-wheat bread
-Peanut butter

To boost the amount of iron in your diet, try these foods:

* Red meat
* Egg yolks
* Dark, leafy greens (spinach, collards)
* Dried fruit (prunes, raisins)
* Iron-enriched cereals and grains (check the labels)
* Mollusks (oysters, clams, scallops)
* Turkey or chicken giblets
* Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans
* Liver
* Artichokes

I think..
chicken , mutton , owl eggs and chick peas and soybeans are very heavy and iron food also.
