Protein Filled Pancakes (No protein powder required)

Hi all

Time for a new recipe . This is absolutely delicious, healthy and quick n easy.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
4 Egg Whites
1 tbsp Vanilla

1. Blend all ingredients together in a mixer
2. Spray frying pan with 1cal spray
3. Place mixture into frying pan small amounts at a time so as they form pikelets
4. Cook until mixture is brown on both sides and cooked in the middle
5. Eat! They are delicious

Suggestions
1. Add Cinamon to the mixture
2. Add raisins to the mixture
3. Serve with fruit. Blueberries are great rich in antioxidants
