What supplements to use during a workout plan?

I'm starting a daily workout plan and was wondering what supplements to take before / after my workouts. I have a Cretin powder that I’m taking about 30 min before each workout and then a recovery drink right after the workout, am I doing anything wrong or anything else I should / need to take?

It is always advisable to consult your doctor before you take any supplements. I am using Casilan milk powder after consulting my doctor.

I always take supplements under the guidance of some expert. I once lacked stamina and my expert doctor advised me to do some heavy exercises, yoga and even take pills like [url=http://www.rightvitamins.net/extenze]Extenze[/url] to boost my stamina.

whey protein + creatine monohydrate + glutamine + vitamins

But creatine monohydrate is the best supplementation if you aks me. I recommend taking 5g to 10g of creatine monohydrate, half before and half after your workout. Creatine monohydrate is the least expensive form of the supplement and is 90 percent absorbable. I increased my strength and muscle mass due to increased exercise intensity; this is facilitated by the Creatine supplementation. Increased muscle mass and strength are unlikely to occur with out an increase in training intensity. However, some research has started to show a protein synthesising effect of Creatine supplementation in vitro.

Whey protein and creatine are the best supplement to take. Many pre and post workout supplement use them as the main ingredient. I am using Super Freak as a pre workout supplement. It is a very nice product and giving me good results. It provides great performance and stamina.

My first choices are indeed:
"Whey protein and Creatine", the best i prefer to go with.
The pre as well as post workout plans are better and so as the supplements.

I don't think that the use of the supplements is a good option for use. If you think you need to use them then better if you consult your doctor soon.
