The 300 Workout - for Women

A friend of mine recently created a version of the '300 Workout' (from the film) for women. Here's what it involves:-

'25 pullups (70lbs assisted) 50 deadlifts at 80lbs total 50 push ups STRICT - NO KNEES girls 50 box jumps at least 16" 50 floor wipers 55lbs total (1 left and 1 right = 1 set) 50 clean and press kettlebell 20lbs (25 per side = 50) 25 pullups same as above'.
There is the 300 Challenge for Women according to Bonita Posted Image She managed it in 21 minutes 48 seconds - can anyone beat that?
