Hello fellow fitness people!

Hello, I'm Bex!
I currently run every day and also do numerous gym/fitness classes. Love to keep fit and healthy as I am at my happiest when I'm looking after myself.
Am looking to study Personal Training soon-ish, as long as I can get the funds together to do so!!
