Hi friends,
Interesting article, it brought up a couple of questions for me. I'm curious what supplements the endurance athlete might take? And,in my training for endurance events I'll have one long day every other week, several moderate days, and at least one short day a week, and of course one day off. How might someone adjust their diet for this kind of scenario?
