Every day the Activia TLC plan suggests a recipe of the day - today that recipe is inspired by Thai cuisine!
Enjoy a delicious Pad Thai and follow with a tummy loving Activia fat free yogurt for dessert: bit.ly nCRP0P

I have to share today's recipe of the day with you: Vegetable and cashew nut stir fry - you can add some chicken if you like for extra protein, but I think it makes a nice to change to stick with a mixture of veggies bit.ly ojwMmb
Enjoy Smile

My favorite recipe is Cheese burger and fish which i want to share with you.
As most people on earth eat fish.Regular consumption of fish can reduce the risk of various diseases and disorders.
The omega 3 fatty acids in fish may reduce the risk of many types of cancers by 30 to 50 per cent, especially of the oral cavity, oesophagus, colon, breast, ovary and prostate.
Cheeseburger in Paradise could not have succeeded without this spirit of individuality and inclusion. It is also essential to our future growth and success. Inclusion in our own company of restaurants results from respecting each other's values and unique differences. We have an open and comfortable working environment where all employees are appreciated. Motivation and productivity are high and fun is enjoyed throughout the restaurant.
