1. Create a well mixture of one tsp. of walnut powdered ingredients, freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey. Clean the body with the mixture. Keep it for 20 minutes and clean with freezing water.
2. Create a mixture of turmeric powdered ingredients and orange juice. Clean it on the area that is extensively exposed to sun or freezing. Keep it for 20 minutes and clean it with freezing water.
3. A part of papaya when applied to the face can do a similar magic.
4. Boil cabbage in water and let the water cool overnight. Wash your face with this water early in the morning.
5. Create a mixture of crushed mango peels and 1 tsp. of milk powdered ingredients. Clean it over the area that is widely uncovered to sun or freezing.

This remedy sounds delicious. Can also be due to inbalance of hormones in body, ie too much progesterone, this should be researched also.
