for the mantle and physical fitness you have to go to spa centre .because they have a variety of treatment for body relexation.you will feel much better after using the massaging therapy.

This is true that if we want to start working towards our fitness and health we have to be mentally strong. spa is a very nice option. But we can use some other option as well like Do meditation, listen soft music and start reading books, this will also help you to make a perfect mood for exercise. Smile

For fitness regular exercise and diet plan is very important. some one say in one post that age is not matter in fitness, I don't agree with it because age is big factor in your fitness program.

Going to the spa sounds like a fabulous idea! bounce While going to a spa may not be a realistic goal for most people on a regular basis, it certainly does make a person feel better and more rejuvenated. I think once or twice a year is reasonable.

Tips for healthy skin

1. Protect yourself from the sun:-One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.

2. Don't smoke:-Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin, which decreases blood flow. This depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients that are important to skin health. Smoking also damages collagen and elastin — the fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity. In addition, the repetitive facial expressions you make when smoking — such as pursing your lips when inhaling and squinting your eyes to keep out smoke — can contribute to wrinkles.
