New here so its only good manners to say hello

I've come here looking for advise about what diet and training program would be right for me, I'm not having much look doing searches because I dont need to loose weight I need to put it on but its impossible for me! I need some more taylored advise.

Its very easy for me to gain definition but my muscles dont get any bigger as such, I have a good stomach but cant seem to gain size on my upper half just definition.

I'm after an intensive training program that will work really well for me, if I see results erlyer on it motivates me to go much harder, thats why Ied like to do something intensive.

Ive been thinking about getting a PT so I can get a program thats spot on with a routine to follow each day.

Welcome to the forum,
To gain muscles you need to eat healthy food and have exercise daily.
