hey guyz! i need an advise on how to be physically fit and healthy what are those are not good and good, i think everyone of us really need to be physically fit and healthy, im a little bit confused on how to deal with this..

I think it all comes down to common sense. Set a fitness plan for yourself that you can stick to at least three days a week (more would be better). Don't deprive yourself of foods you enjoy, but find a way to make it healthier. For example, if you love pizza, learn to make it at home with a whole wheat crust, more vegetables, and less cheese.

To keep yourself physically fit and healthy regular exercise and a balanced diet are very necessary. What ever extra calories you are taking you must burn it. You can also take some carb controller so that your body will not absorbs the carbohydrate and you can keep yourself fit .

The most important consideration for staying healthy and fit is to eat healthy and regular exercise. Your diet plan should contain a balance between your diet and exercise. It should not make you starve between the meals and therefore, it becomes important to plan a diet which not only helps you be in shape, but also lets you enjoy your favorite food and taste. That's an excellent point, Danica. I think many people restrict their food intake to the point where they are hungry more often than not. That is a recipe for disaster. You can only go through that for so long before you'll want to binge and blow the whole thing. Making sure you get enough fiber is a good way of staving off hunger.

Walking is an movement we exercise every day, but it can need discipline to walk enough to get health benefits. It’s suggested that individuals get at least 10,000 steps every day for exercise, that can be simply measured by a pedometer. Very Happy Very Happy

A)Controlling your weight
B)Reducing your risk of heart disease
C)Reducing your risk for type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome
D)Reducing your risk of some cancers
E)Strengthening your bones, muscles and joints
F)Increasing your chances of living longer

I too agree with Freaky4Fitness. It's all come to the common sense. Eat home food for example, If you want to eat pizza than cook it at your home instead of order from pizza shops. Because home made food is far good from shops.
