Don't skip breakfast. People who eat breakfast are more likely to maintain a healthy weight. Aim to enjoy breakfast shortly after you wake up. If you're not into eating early, have your first meal within an hour of waking up. If you're working out first thing, make sure to eat something small like a piece of toast with almond butter or a hard-boiled egg. Then eat something a little more substantial after your workout.

Healthy breakfast helps you in refuels your body, and benefit your overall health. Breakfast gives you a chance to start your day with a healthy and nutritious meal. Take more vitamins and minerals, Eat less fat and cholesterol. Avoid the cholesterol, which may reduce your risk of heart disease So do not skip breakfast it may be more important than you think.

Well your metabolism and your digestion system hasn't "experienced food" for a long time. It is very important that you eat even if it's a small piece of candy or apple. As long as you get your body started. It takes only about 2 minutes to eat a whole apple and a glass of milk, orange juice, e.t.c. I wake up at 6:45 and leave the house at 7:30. I would recommend if your a student and you leave your house at the same time I do wake up watch your favorite television show and eat a bowl of cereal/ oatmeal.

Breakfast is must if you need to stay healthy. After get up early in the morning body need energy, calories to perform full day activities. In breakfast eat 2 slice of bread with an egg and a glass of milk or juice. Also do some simple activities which help to warm up body from sleeping anxiety.

Morning food is indeed a very essential food. at night when we sleep, our organs continuously perform their tasks and also dissolves all the food. so when we wake up in morning our stomach is empty. so we should do the breakfast regularly to stay healthy.
