Do you eat breakfast?

Everyone has heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but so many people skip it. What about you? Do you eat breakfast everyday? I have to admit I don't. I just can't bring myself to eat as soon as I get up in the morning. I need more time to wake up before hunger actually registers.

Breakfast in regarded as the most important and vital meal of the day. Your body gets very hungry after not eating for just few hours and it requires some good carbohydrates for glucose. You can use protein shakes and food in the morning then you keep yourself healthy and fit.

Protein shakes are great in the morning, but I still can't manage to drink one first thing. I need coffee and some time to wake up before I can even think about a shake. I usually wait until about 10am to 11am before eating or drinking anything other than coffee. I think I'm just a slow starter. Razz
