Beginners: Doing something easy or going hardcore?

Beginners: Doing something easy or going hardcore?

For people who are just starting out with a fitness plan, do you think it's better for them to start out with something easy or to go with one of the hardcore workouts, but modify it for their fitness level? Personally, I think it's too easy to get comfortable with an easy workout and you run the risk of never pushing yourself.

Even I am also believe that easy one is more good for beginner. Because if they go for the hard one than firstly they are not consecrate on their plan and other thing With going hard is not quite easy for them.
