What makes you tired?

What activity is 100% certain to make you really tired? Maybe its exercise, maybe its work, maybe its something more fun tell us all about it in this topic....

Personally for me its teaching small children a hard vocal routine in a baking hot classroom, definitely makes me sleep well

I work part time in a pub on the weekends, a 6 hour shift which is total boredome but hard work. I am always knackered after I finish work but my brain is always mentally alert so I can never sleep !!!!!!!

That sounds rubbish!

Its not good - I will stop when baby comes and concentrate on personal training as it pays better!

Personally running makes me really tired, that and swimming.

Lol I am but with a big mortgage and lots of bills I work part time at a pub to save for the baby!!!

Babies are expensive

I work 10 to 12 hours a day and I only get 6 hours a day sleep!

For me travelling towards my home makes me tired...because after my work i ve to travell about 2 and a half hour to reach home..it makes me very tired.

I would work any type of hard works with my body but then when it is the brain working its tired more than the body working hard...

Just working with my computer all day and my brain works too much.. I get so tired..

work gives me more mental stress than physical stress through exercise.

Well I am a foot ball player so I need to go for the practises thrice a week and I afford to spend about 4 to 5 hours continuously in the grounds so it makes me very tired end of the day.

Walking too much and If I don't have any sleep in the night I feel so very very tired.

over time in work

Sitting on the chair in office about 10 hours, and after that at home make dinner, all about just make me tired........

Nothing except playing soccer makes me tired, I sometime hate it but I do it for my health and to loose some of my weight.

Waking too much makes me tired like hell and I even get chest pain sometimes.

It depends upon person to person.But one can be tired by mental stress,physical burden,circumstances & anything else whether it is small or big can make us feel tired.

Sometimes work sometimes playing with other that you don't know.

My daily routine.....work on computer almost 15 hours make me tired lot.
