What makes you tired?

What activity is 100% certain to make you really tired? Maybe its exercise, maybe its work, maybe its something more fun tell us all about it in this topic....

Personally for me its teaching small children a hard vocal routine in a baking hot classroom, definitely makes me sleep well

I work part time in a pub on the weekends, a 6 hour shift which is total boredome but hard work. I am always knackered after I finish work but my brain is always mentally alert so I can never sleep !!!!!!!

That sounds rubbish!

Its not good - I will stop when baby comes and concentrate on personal training as it pays better!

Personally running makes me really tired, that and swimming.

Lol I am but with a big mortgage and lots of bills I work part time at a pub to save for the baby!!!

Babies are expensive

I work 10 to 12 hours a day and I only get 6 hours a day sleep!
