RIP60 Suspension Training
Just came across an alternative bit of kit to give TRX a run for its money called the RIP60 Suspension Trainer. And claims to be much more effective than not only TRX, but also Insanity and P90X.
My first impression is that it does look a lot more involved, and the addition of the alternate pulling and pushing motion, will definitely incorporate the core more effectively.
Has anyone here actually purchased this equipment at all, and if so what are your thoughts on it ? As I'm tempted to get it

Re: RIP60 Suspension Training
This is the first I've heard of it, so I had to look it up. It does look like it would be very effective and it puts an interesting spin on the workout. I've steered clear of P90X and Insanity, but this looks interesting because they say that you can make adjustments as needed without slowing your heart rate. I'll be interested to see if anyone here has actually tried it.
