Progress for Shelz
[color:511d=violet]Hmmm....
As of yet I haven't started the schedule that you guys made for me....
mainly because all the equipment I have is in storage and awaiting the development of a new shed....
i have however in the last two months managed to shed just over a stone....
through daily exercise and eating healthily....
everything is shrinking, except for my chest, which is fantastic and making me really happy....
i just cant wait to get started on my schedule now!....

Shelz!!!!
Its really good to hear from you! I was only thinking about you yesterday - I have a parcel for you in my drawer in work with some free samples and goodies that I promised you ages ago. Can you send me a pm with your address and I will send it off!
Excellent news on your progress in the last 2 months. 1 stone is a FANTASTIC achievement and good steady progress - it is recommended that you shed no more than 2 lbs per week when you are accustomed to training. Nutrition is soooooo important and the key to your success, it is often the factor that lets trainers down but you seem to have it spot on. Please keep us updated on your progress and use the forum to help you along with motivation and advice and let us know what works for you. Remember - you still have 3 months email advice with your program, as you havent used it yet you can use it when you start your program.
Hows the Teg? Still going strong. Just had my gearbox and clutch done and shes up for sale - gutting as she drives sweet as a nut now!
CONGRATULATIONS on your progress and keep up the good work!

Your progress is excellent, do you have a target weight or are you going by the mirror?
Good luck with the MOT - I have just had to have the gearbox and clutch done on mine and now shes up for sale, may have to wait for the right buyer though! I just cleaned the wheels with a product called wonder wheels - it rocks they have come up gleaming white and they were caked with brake dust - the calipers have returned to the original gold colour !!!
Keep us updated when you start the resistance training and I will send the parcel through to you

Re: Progress for Shelz
Lol - good update and excellent news on the Teg!!!
I also have good Teg news - I am keeping mine!!!! I got an insurance quote of £370 fully comp for social domestic and pleasure use and after filling up with V-Power I got over 300 miles off a full tank (no VTEC!!!) This means I can run a daily driver - a 1.1l 5 door peugeot 106 for travel to work and cheap fuel and still have my dream car on the weekends!!!
Hows the gym progress going Shelz? Has your dad sorted your equipment at home yet?

Re: Progress for Shelz
[color:2a0c=violet]320 miles! thats hell of a lot!!!! Nessy needs tyres, lol!
The gym is great thanks, im able to get up and go out or get in and go out whenever i want to, its fantastic. Only a little cold at 7am in the mornings!
I have been plumbing away the last few months, watching what i eat and exercising for 70 mins a day and Im still shrinking. Im still yet to start the program you devised for me!
Its absolutely fantastic. I am a size now I never thought I would ever be. I am so confident I can keep loosing that I am aming for at least another stone before christmas!
Its just fantastical, life seems to finally be coming together - getting happier and happier as the days go on, only downside is im a bit reliant on the scales at the moment!
