Apologies for the quiet forum!

Just a quick note to say sorry the forum has been quiet for such a long time!

As some of you will be aware, my wife had our first baby 13 weeks ago and life has been somewhat hectic ever since!

I will be revamping the forum and website shortly so all you old members get posting again!

Well after the good intentions of the last post I made apologising for a quiet forum, nothing has really happened so apologies again! Life has been turned upsside down at the moment with a little baby but things have finally settled down to the point where she is almost sleeping through the night!

Finally I have some time to put back into the website and forum which is a good thing as we have had quite a few orders for programs coming in recently. Please check the website over the next few days for some updates and get back posting on the forum - there will be at least 2 trainers ready and waiting to recieve any questions you have and to assist you with your goals!
