Motivation
Hi guys,
After a break from the gym I have started training again - I am putting together an article on motivation for the web site. My fave method of motivating myself is sticking a picture of myself in peak condition on the fridge to remind me each time I go there what my goals are and what I can achieve!
I am interested in hearing what other users do to help motivate themselves...so let me know your ideas!

Re: Motivation
Hi Garthy
I go to the gym early about 7:30 after waking at 5:30 and driving an hour to drop the gf at work. So I need a lot of motivation.
I have a ten minute walk to the gym so I find listening to some heavy music whilst going through the routine ahead helps me focus. My favourite album for motivation is Slipknot 9:0 live this gets me in the right frame of mind for lifting heavy.
Also last month I was supplementing with BSN NO Xplode and found this to work instantly with a massive energy boost and also used to get my calves pumped due to the walk
