Protein Flapjacks
Hi All
You may have seen this recipe before I will not claim it is my original masterpiece. However this does make 4 some great flapjacks and would really like to share it with youl.
Ingredients
350g peanut butter (I find Natural Cunchy is Best. Holland and Barrett's)
350g honey
120g oats (Jumbo Oats)
200g whey (Feel free to add a little extra. Like I normally do)
Instructions
1. Heat the peanut butter and honey in the microwave for 80 seconds full power.
2. Mix in the oats and whey.
3.Spread into a tray and let set for 20 mins.
4. Now taste the goodness of a real tasty protein flapjack. Try not to eat them all at once.
