Hey Guys

Havnt been on here for a while!!!

How is every 1s training going?

Ive just started to add a lot more compound movements to my training such as deadlifts, bench press and practicing some olympic lifts. Just trying to get bigger and stronger.

Any one else have any update on their current progress?

Hi matey - good to hear about your progress. What are your long term goals goals? What are your current stats?

I have leaned right up recent;y and been doing a lot of fitness and stamina work as I am fighting amateur kickboxing bouts at the mo. Will post up my routine this week.
