I want to goto fitness shows / expos to get ideas and get insipred with my new start back to gym.

Any1 reccomend any that are near to stratford?

There is going to be a great new show this year at Birmngham NEC. It will take place on the 9th and 10th of May and will feature the Dorian Yates Grand Prix Very Happy Also MMA Exhibitors and Seminars.
