Shock Horror Announcement...

....but I am actually thinking about joining a gym and working out. Mainly because Fitness First came into work and said I could go for free for two weeks just cause I put out some flyers for them. Danny Cap don't you go to Fitness First and if so is it worth joining???

Fairsinger you are correct I did train there however I have now moved onto Bannatynes as its closer to work and a lil bit cheaper. Fitness First is a good gym though and is pretty well equipped. It is very popular so I would avoid peak times.

As an added bouns ,if you join, yo will recieve a free bag, towel, bottle and headphones Though my bag broke

Thats quite cool. I would probably go on my free mornings so I should be ok for peak timeness. Also I would like to try and classes rather than frequent the gym. More importantly are there hot men there???

Classes are a good start as they will help improve fitness levels they are sociable

Yeah I know I can hack classes because I've stuck to them before, but I don't think I could hack going into the actual gym.

I think getting dumped has inspired my decision to get fitter. Mind you I've done nothing about it so far!

Ok first update is that I've joined. I have a session with a trainer next Monday. But I might try and go tomorrow to a yoga class.

Ok new update: I went to the yoga class today and generally wanted to collapse at times but managed the whole hour. I don't feel too bad for it actually. Roll on next Monday when I'll be hopefully trying another class, probably Body Attack!

I only get free things if I take someone else with me for a free session, anyone interested in coming for a free session on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning so I can get free stuff???

Ok new update: I went to Body Attack yesterday for an hour which was really hardcore! Then yesterday evening I did a salsa class, very good fun. Then this morning I had an hour session with a personal trainer. My next session with my trainer is this Friday but I may try to go tomorrow and do what she went through with me.

I managed to get in today and ran through my 25 minute routine that I did yesterday with the trainer.
