Hi Garthy,

I just wondered if you think your picture (in the top left hand corner) is a good representative of the site? It's just very clearly a woman who is weighing herself, therefore it reprsents women trying to loose weight. On the whole most of the people on the forum are men who are interested in gaining bulk, and training their bodies rather than women loosing weight. Is the forum a good representative of the people using the site? If so then I really think you should re-think your image.

Hi Busty - a very good point indeed. The fourm and websiute is aimed at anyone who is into fitness and health, not just bodybuilders or powerlifters so I want to keep it as open as possible. However I think the image could probably do with updating - maybe rotating with different images which will ecompass all areas of the health and fitness world. I will look into getting some new images up - watch this space!

There's a spelling mistake in the 'fitness' section of the forum - it's says realted instead of related.
