Ready Brek Empty Ready Brek

Let's be honest Ready Brek can be a bit ming on its own. What can I put on it that isn't going to send the fat and/or sugar content through the roof but make it taste nicer???

Dried fruit is good - try a spoonful of honey as well. As its first thing in the morning you can have some eimple carbs as your body will have depleted carb stores overnight
