I sleep at least 8 hours a night. Dont drink caffeine in the evenings and do some physical exercise each day which will make your bosy produce endorphins and then you will be able to relax more easily.

At least 8 hours is great. Sleeping is the bodys time to recuperate. The greates progess you will make is when you sleep and obviously sleeping will help you progress in the gym
