New Moderator - Taz

I know its early days and we dont have many members yet but I think if you bring in quality from the start then the rest will follow!

It is with great pleasure that I welcome Taz to the Moderators group. Taz has extensive knowledge in the field of Health & Fitness and has worked for many years as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. He is an expert in the fields of nutrition, bodybuilding and weight loss and currently works as a sports lecturer and coach. He has a lot of experience training rugby players and fitness trainers aiming for specific goals. Not only this but he has constructed a concrete physique over the years coming in at 6 feet 1 inches and over 17 stone with less than 12% bodyfat - all natural!

You would be wise to listen to Taz and always use his advice and support when you can.
