Whens your birthday?

I might even have a competition on the site with a breadmaker as the prize = you better make sure you win it if I do!

Hey everyone, its "The Flatmate" here. I would like to point out that I used to be very healthy, but the IT lifestyle has turned me to the dark side.

I think an Unhealthy section would be great. For us Lard Blobs... ¬_¬

Hello Flatmate!!! Its good to see you on here, im glad you joined! At least you can keep Fair Singer company when im not here!!

I did promise an unhealthy section if there was a second request and so your wish will be granted! Give me 10 mins and it should be up!

I work in IT myself during the week so I know well the effect that can have on a healthy lifestyle! Dont tell anyone but I went for a Thai red curry at lunch today and had 4 thai beers then went back to work! It was one of those days when you just need to go and binge which I reckon is essential, especially if you are following a fitness program to keep your sanity!

As soon as I get the unhealthy section up you can post up and tell us your favourite unhealthy foods and how much fags and booze you consume in a week Very Happy Cool farao
