L.A.P.D. is a pioneering dance fusion company, comprising of a highly skilled team of professional instructors that specialise in Pole fitness.
The London Academy of Poledancing offer dance lessons and Pole dancing courses from Complete Beginner Level to Extreme Tricks.
Pole dancing is an all over body work-out, which is a fun and effective way to get fit.
Pole dancing is for everyone.
Forget the solitude of the dreary treadmill and achieve your fitness goals in a safe friendly environment. You will receive tuition tailored to your specific needs by our team of fully qualified dance instructors.
Poledancing is a great way to stay/get in shape. Learning amazing moves, building muscle, loosing fat, etc. It works with every muscle of your body and at the end of each class you feel like you have just worked out for hours and hours and hours. It is also super fun, and the teachers are fully qualified and extremely nice.
All L.A.P.D classes are held in private dance studios at luxury gymnasiums & health clubs throughout Greater London.
Our venues have 3 - 4 poles with a maximum of 3 people on each pole. This is designed to prevent fatigue improve camaraderie and enable maximum teacher support. Once your endurance begins to improve we limit our class sizes to just 1-2 students per pole.
