Personal Trainer Courses
Hello, I am looking to start studying Personal Training, and am hoping someone can give me some advice and recommendations? So far I have looked at YMCA, Futurefit and EIF. Just wondering what experiences people have had etc!
Thanks in advance

I did all my courses with Discovery Learning and have been quite impressed with my instructors etc.
I think it is very confusing as there are so many course, prices and different course durations to what on paper is the same course. All I woudl reccomend is only spend money on a course where you have had some feedback from someone who has used that training provider.
Thanks in advance

Re: Personal Trainer Courses
I completed my level 3 through a company called Distinction Fitness who were really good and fairly reasonably priced compared to other companies. I learned a lot from the tutor who was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable.
I did my level 2 through discovery and was a little disappointed. They seemed more interested in getting money out of me than offering me a good qual.
Im currently working on setting myself up as a freelance personal trainer.
Hope you find my information useful.

Re: Personal Trainer Courses
This is good information to have. I was just recently thinking about getting certified as a personal trainer because the nearest existing one to where I live is an hour away. I think my little corner of the world would benefit from having someone certified in the area. Thanks for the information!
