I have found the best way to reduce fat, for me, is to burn it through exercise, of course, but to also eat a low carb diet. Whenever I'm feeling flabby or weighed down, I switch to a high protein-low carb diet and I feel better within a couple days.

For reducing fats, You have to strictly take care about your eating habits and workouts. Do regular exercise and take healthy and balanced diet to get desired results.
Reducing fat is not only eating less, its eating the right foods at right time. Eat 4-5 smaller meals daily instead of 3 big meals.
Consume more of fresh vegetables and fruits.Drink up at least seven glasses of pure water everyday.

If you want to really reduce your Fat then this would bi really helpful to you. Make it regular habit to early in the morning and this would bi at least five kilometer per day. Take your Diet in a vary Precise manner. And take your Dinner at regular time.

That's a good point. Some people consume way too many calories in liquid form. I avoid soda and juice and stick to water and coffee (no cream, no sugar). Even 100% fruit juice is still high in calories. Instead of drinking a glass of orange juice, I would rather just eat an orange.
