What to eat to prevent bloating
Hi all,
I've been eating well and regularly exercising my stomach area but I see no results. What do you think is causing this bloating? I eat a lot of rice and bread, could this be the cause of it?
Thanks

Re: What to eat to prevent bloating
That's the reason why your tummy is bloating even though you are regularly exercising, you should eat at least half cup of rice or much better if not, just veggies and fruits

Try some digestive bitters. These are bitter herbs that are good for the digestive system to work and stimulate properly.
* Grab some carminative herbs. Examples of these are peppermint, ginger, chamomile, fennel, and lemon balm.
* Avoid eating beans, cauliflower, cabbage, and broccoli. Dairy products in people with lactose intolerance may also cause bloating and gas.
* Decrease stress, eat slowly, limit liquids during mealtime, chew thoroughly, and eat regular meals -

Digestive discomfort like bloating can have a number of causes. There are a number of things that you can try to address it, for example drinking water, up to eight glasses, or about 1.5l a day, can help as a lack of fluid can make constipation worse, especially if you’re eating lots of fibre. Keeping active and taking exercise can help the tummy area, so try hula hooping or just a good invigorating walk for a fun option.
