This is true that if we want to start working towards our fitness and health we have to be mentally strong. spa is a very nice option. But we can use some other option as well like Do meditation, listen soft music and start reading books, this will also help you to make a perfect mood for exercise.

For fitness regular exercise and diet plan is very important. some one say in one post that age is not matter in fitness, I don't agree with it because age is big factor in your fitness program.

Going to the spa sounds like a fabulous idea! While going to a spa may not be a realistic goal for most people on a regular basis, it certainly does make a person feel better and more rejuvenated. I think once or twice a year is reasonable.
