My favourite unhealthy food is thai red curry and boiled white rice, mmmmmmm!!

And pancakes with sugar and lemon!

Good Thai red curry is full of fat and white rice is one of the worst things you could possibly eat as it converts to sugar very quickly

I have just read this before lunch and now want a thai red curry today as well!!!!

Problem is if I goto lunch with colleagues they will be eating curry and drinking beer and I need to goto gym later!

Can't you eat curry and then work out? Maybe the spices will speed up your metabolism and helping you work out harder etc...or maybe I know nothing about fitness....you be the judge!

It is very true that spices and chillis will speed up your metabolism and so you will burn more calories - however if I go and sit in the beer garden then I will end up having a few pints and falling asleep on my keyboard this afternoon!

Also I had one yesterday so im being a bit decadent really lol!
