Sorry the name colon cleansing along with some other bright sparks eg argent, TAMBA_Andy and that other well known and highly knowledgable fellow familydental, got me thinking. Plus you keeping putting up links everywhere taking me to a god dam colon cleansing website.

I have to agree - I am willing to welcome all newcomers but this site is dedicated to fitness & health using the ONLY principles you need to achieve success - following a personalised resistance / cardio training program, excellent nutrition & rest!

I do not wish to use the site for advertising products which stray away from the core principles outlined above.
