Hi everyone,

Totally new here, nice to meet everyone. I'm in canada and I enjoy bike riding and spending time with family. Usually try to jogg and go to the Gym either once or twice per week.

Sorry for the delayed response - my wife had our first baby on Sunday so my world has been turned upside down at the moment!

Tell us a bit more about yourself - do you train aat a gym at the moment? What are your fitness goals?
