How much time do i need to exercise for Fat Burn Empty How much time do i need to exercise for Fat Burn

i was wondering how long it takes to burn fat when your doing cardio exercise? some people say its 20 minutes, others say 30.

how long do i need to sweat before making this happen?

As I guess you will have to workout at least one hour per day to reduce your fat.

The best exercise I suggest is to run on a treadmill for 45 minutes that really works you can see the difference in 1week time

Work out for about 1 Hour. The treadmill is the best exercise I can suggest you and reduce the food consuming for dinner

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes. Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.

It all depends on your exercise. Smile Even if you do exercise for 30 minutes, but doing it improperly wont work..

It's a question that been hotly debated over the years, but a lot of people still believe 20 minutes is the magic number — as far as they're concerned, that's when the fat starts peeling off.

I would start with a minimum of 30 minutes and see where that gets you. I have a feeling the reason there is a debate about this subject is because everyone is different. If 30 minutes does the trick for you, keep it up. If not, bump it up in increments of 10 minutes until you start seeing the results you're looking for.

If you go with cardio exercise than 30 minutes is good. I guess this is enough to burn fat.
