I am new to this forum and would like to say hey. I am in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and having been doing this for a little over 9 years. I am also a competitive powerlifter for the British Drug Free Powerlifting Association (BDFPA). I look forward to reading peoples' posts and hope I can help in anyway.
