Daily health tip!
A healthy bod means a healthy mind.I'm a personal trainer and I have seen this time and again.Eating healthy and exercising is bound to bring down anxiety levels!Please visit my blog for free exciting health tips daily!Here is an example..
Every morning make sure that you start your day with a detox drink!Not only is it great for a good skin but also cleanses the whole bodily system and helps the liver do it's job much better!
How??Very simple.Bring one cup of water to the boil and add half a lemon...Boil for about 5 minutes and there you go!

Start with a clear soup for lunch or dinner. You fill feel fuller and subsequently eat less. After dinner, while still sitting at the table. Sleeping is also one of the important tips to relax your body and mind from hectic schedule. When you sleep your muscles relax and grow.

There are some Health tips which will help you in Daily routine -
1. Exercise daily
2. Don't drink soda.
3. Eat more fruits and veggies, less fast food.
4. Walk whenever you can and move your body a lot while at work.
5. Park at the end of the parking lot and walk up to work and take stairs.
6. Drink more water.
7. Eat lean meats like chicken and fish and pork, stay away from red meat.
8. Sleep on time and at least or minimum 7-8 hours.

Although I didn’t see adds about this protein diet, more and more people started talking about it. So I did some research about it, and I found out I was wrong all the way. I thought the diet program was fairly new but it seems to be around for some years now. Guess the majority of people just found out about it now.
