Mango pickle recipe!
I’m very greedy to eat mango pickles. Every weekend I prepare this pickle and share the tastiness with my friends. So now I wish to share the recipe with you as well.
1. Cut mangoes in your desired size pieces
2. Mix together mangoes, salt, red chilli powder, mustard powder and turmeric.
3. Mix well and fill in dry airtight bottle.
4. Add the cooled seasoning
5. Shake the bottle/mixture everyday with a dry spoon once per day for about 15 days.

Re: Mango pickle recipe!
This is the very good recipe we can store it for one year. I really impressed with this process because by using this process we can store any items even chicken also.

Re: Mango pickle recipe!
Well the spices or herbs in this recipe, are really excellent. I think my mangoes,
weren't unripe enough as my pickle didn't come out hot. My kids, really like it the
taste is amazing. It makes, a lot we have enough for the next year...maybe two.

Wow, this looks really interesting! I've never heard of anything like it. I love things that are both sweet and savory at the same time and this would probably be just like that. I can't wait to try it!
