What products work and what doesn't?

Hi, I am looking for reviews of peoples experiences of what diet and fitness products work and what ones don't. I'm fed up of looking for reviews to find they are all fantastic and only written by sales people. I want to start a website containing genuine reviews to stop people getting ripped off.
