Is peanut, milk good for you.
Well i have noticed many people say that peanut milk is good for you and that it allows create your strength and keeps your bone highly powerful.On the other part I've noticed a lot say that milk is terrible for you and has negative effects on your body system. What's the truth? So i want to know all your opinions so plz share here.

There are many other things which helps you in terms of nutrition rather than this milk.
Eat food which is healthy even its meat,nuts,fish,fruits and a lot of other stuff.
Avoid junk food and fast food just maintain your physic.

yes, eat food that is rich in all sorts of nutrients and minerals such as calcium of you want to keep your bones strong and robust. milk is good but cannot do anything alone.

Wow, this is the first time I've heard of peanut milk. I guess it stands to reason that it would be on the market since almond milk is so popular. Almond milk is what I use, but the unsweetened variety tastes terrible, so I have to use it in a smoothie or something to make it tolerable.
