I don't think there is any short cut for bodybuilding and fitness. This takes a long time.

Many people are thinking and always been searching on internet for the shortcut but No body knows the shortcut of body building and fitness. And if somebody suggest you shortcut and follow than you damage your self. Because you can find shorcut in other work but matter comes to fitness than avoid it. It will damage your muscle and many other way to your body and you don't aware of it.
