My favorite smoothie
I love this smoothie so much that I even drink it in the winter. I use 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt, 1 banana, 5 slices of frozen peaches, 3 tablespoons of pineapple juice, and about 1/3 cup of pineapple chunks. Throw all that in a blender and it makes a delicious breakfast.
