Raspberry-Orange Immunity Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup nonfat or low-fat vanilla soy milk
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 medium ripe banana
1/2 cup orange juice with one ice cube or 1 Tbs frozen orange juice concentrate
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

This is great post for health because Raspberry contains large amount of vitamin C, antioxidants and flavonoids help boost your immune system.
