Meditation and Weight loss Empty Meditation and Weight loss

One of my colleague told me that if you want to reduce your weight than you have to start Meditation. His wife also doing and she gets some result through meditation. But I confuse and come here to get a good solution.

Does Meditation is helpful to reduce weight??????

try yoga. its the best exercise. i used to weigh about 80 kg. i joined jym to lose weight. then covid came and jyms were closed. someone told me about yoga . i started doing it early morning . in past 3 months i have lost 15 kg. plus it feels really healthy. u should try it.
