well i suggests that little bit of physical exercise like running, jogging ,swimming proper diet plan ,good motivation will help u
and if u want sooner result try some supplements which help in fat burns.

diet plan and exercises daily is the best way to reduce weight  and it really works,and i have

recently added eggs in my diet plan, eggs also provides me a great help to lose some weight .eggs

are too rich in protein and helps in weight loss .i have studied these tips about eggs benefits

Hey I think you can drink more and more water and try to avoid fast foods like buerger, pizza, and also avoid oily food...
And you can eat fruit and drink fruit juices more and more...
